Doslova medailovými žněmi se stali letošní přebory Jihomoravského kraje pro kuželkáře z Ratíškovic. Největší zásluhu na tom mají žáci a žákyně Baníku. Z dvanácti možných medailí v žákovské kategorii, o které se hrálo tuto sobotu v Husovicích, jich do Ratíškovic putuje hned sedm. V kategorii mladších žáků vybojoval zlato Vojtěch Toman, pravnuk výborného kuželkáře Michala Tomana. Ve starších žácích si zlato odvezl Tomáš Koplík, který o jednu jedinou kuželku porazil stříbrného Dominika Schüllera. Bronz vybojoval Jiří Šupálek ml. Kategorii starších žákyň ovládli všechny čtyři reprezentující hráčky Baníku, když obsadili první až čtvrté místo. Zlato vybojovala Eliška Fialová výkonem 412 poražených kuželek na 100HS. Stříbro patří Kristýně Košuličové a bronz Denise Chromkové, za kterou jen o pět kuželek skončila čtvrtá Anna Opluštilová. Umístěním ve svých kategoriích, si Eliška, Tomáš a Dominik zajistili postup na mistrovství ČR.
V kategorii dorostenek reprezentovala Baník v Blansku Martina Šupálková, která výkonem 523 poražených kuželek na 120HS obsadila 7. místo.
Svůj letošní „debut“ v seniorské kategorii výborně zvládla na mistřínské kuželně Jana Mačudová, když výkonem 554 poražených kuželek na 120HS získala bronzovou medaili pro Ratíškovice a právo účasti na mistrovství ČR. Stálice ratíškovických kuželek, Marie Kobylková, obsadila desátou pozici.
Senioři Baníku hráli svoji kategorii ve Vracově. I přesto, že do bojů o medailové pozice nezasáhli, dokázali získat sedmí Luděk Vacenovský a jedenáctý Josef Něnička hned dvě postupová místa na mistrovství ČR. Dvacáté čtvrté místo, tedy první nepostupové, obsadil František Mráka.
V kategorii mužů zastupovali Ratíškovice v Ivančicích Tomáš Mráka, který odstoupil kvůli zranění a Viktor Výleta. Ten výkonem 556 poražených kuželek na 120HS obsadil celkově osmnácté a současně poslední postupové místo na semifinále mistrovství ČR.
S přihlédnutím ke skutečnosti, že kuželkáři Baníku nemají tuto sezónu vlastní domácí zázemí z důvodu probíhající výstavby nové kuželny, dají se letošní přebory JM kraje hodnotit jako mimořádně úspěšné pro SK Baník Ratíškovice.
